The land was located in Wilkes County on Rocky Creek waters, adjoining Nathaniel Willis, Lesley Coats, Doctor John Long & others. At the time of the sale, Nathaniel was living on the land. Greenberry was said to live in Clark County, Georgia. Witnesses were R. Worsham, Joel Abbott, J. Darracott, JP. The deed was recorded May 4, 1804.
