      The condition of the above obligation is Such that whereas the Honourable
      Commisary General has lated Transmitted to the Justices of Prince George's County
      Court the Ballance remaining due or the Estate of John Baldwin Adamson de-
      ceased which appears to be Thirty two pounds one shilling and five pence farthing
      Current money If therefore the above bound John Hammond, Thomas Owen and
      George Beckwith or any person on their behalf shall and do well and ____ satisfe
      and pay unto the said Orphan's Namely Thomas Longden Basil Adamson Jere-
      miah Adamson their Executors Adms & assigns or lawfull guardian or Guardians
      their Respective ____ or Portion of the said Deceased's Estate according to Act of Assembly

      "I do sware I do not hold myself bound to yield any Allegience or obedience to the King of Great Britain his heirs or Successors and that I will be true and faithful to the State of Maryland and will to the utmost of my power, Support maintain and defend the Freedom and Independence thereof and the Government as now established against all open enemies and secret and traterous Conspriaces and will use my utmost endeavours to disclose and make known to the Governor or some one of the Judges or Justices thereof all Treasons or Treaterous Consperaces, attempts or Combinations against this State or the Government thereof which may come to my Knowledge so help me God."

      amson Administrator of Basil adamson late of said County, deceased
      and made oath on the Holy Evangelistis of Almighty God that the fore=
      going is a true and perfect Inventory of all and singular the goods
      chattels and credits of said deceased, that hath come to his Hands or
      possession at the time of making thereof and that what hath since or
      shall hereafter come he will return in an additional Inventory that - he
      knows of no concealment of any part of parcel of the said deceaseds' -
      Estate by any personor persons whatsoever that if he should hereafter
      discover any or suspect any to be he will make known such discovery
      or cause of suspicion to the Judge or Judges of the Orphans Court for
      the time being that it may be inquired into according to Law.
